What Kind of Food Do you serve?

Our menu is inspired by several southern BBQ styles. We offer classic sides, sandwiches, and our house smoked meats all a la carte so you can build the ultimate BBQ platter. Available in house, to-go, or delivered straight to your door through DoorDash!

Do you offer gluten free and/or vegetarian options?

Yes! We understand how important it is to be able to satisfy everyone in the fam. All of our smoked meats and house made, table side sauces are gluten free. We also have gluten free buns, corn tortillas, and gluten free wraps available- so virtually any of our meals can be made gluten free with ease. For vegetarians, several of our most popular apps and sides are, or can be made, without any meat products. Additionally, we have awesome vegetarian meal options- all of which can be viewed on the ‘View Menus’ tab at the bottom of this page.

Must you be 21+ to visit?

The beauty of Bill Pickle’s Taproom is that we have a time and place for everyone! Underage guests are welcome during our regular dinning hours 11:30a-9pm as long as seating is available, then we switch over to party mode. We call this our pub-style dinning and service. Food can be ordered until 12a through QR codes and picked up at our BBQ pit kiosk/mini bar or ordered at the bar through any of our awesome bartenders. We may have an earlier cut off for underage guests on major event weekends- see our host for more information.

Are you dog friendly?

All service and ESA pups are more than welcome! During patio season, we welcome all well behaved pets and offer a pup menu with snacks and treats for our four legged family members.

Do you have themed nights?

Of course!

Tuesday Nights: are all about boot, scoot, and boogey-ing. Home of the Original Country Night, we dawn our best country outfits- boots, hats, chaps and all- and host the best country sing-a-long crowd in State College. Wether you’re getting on the bar and showing us your best moves, or hanging out in the crowd catching limited edition merch during our merch toss, country night is full of good vibes & good times.

Wednesday Nights: it’s trivia night! With 3 top cash prizes and several rounds of themed and general knowledge trivia, you’ll need the whole crew to win out. Every Wednesday night from 7p-9p.

Thursday Evenings: join us for Wing Night from 4p-7p. Enjoy our house smoked wings for only $1! We feature a new wing sauce every month- so keep a look out on our socials for the new flavors.

Special shout-outs: as the honorary State College Philly Bar, we play game sound for all Philadelphia sports games. Our room is surrounded in TVs with access to all football, basketball, baseball, and soccer games! Both professional and college.
